 Sing asong of sixpence
6ペンスの唄を唄おう
最近は毎週コレを唄っています。
手遊び唄なので、子ども達は遊んでいるうちに覚えちゃいます。
『6ペンスの歌を歌おう Sing a Song of Sixpence』は、18世紀の頃から存在したと言われているイギリスの古いマザーグース（ナーサリーライム）。
Sing a song of sixpence
A pocket full of rye,
Four-and-twenty blackbirds
Baked in a pie
When the pie was opened
The birds began to sing.
Was not that a dainty dish
To set before the king?
The king was in his counting-house,
Counting out his money
The queen was in the parlour,
Eating bread and honey.
The maid was in the garden,
Hanging out the clothes
\'Long came a blackbird
And snapt off her nose.
But there came a Jenny Wren
And popped it on again.

クロウタドリ 24わ
パイが焼けた
パイをきったら
クロウタドリ うたいだす
王様にさしあげる
おいしいごちそうどこいった？
王様は仕事室で
金貨を数えておられた
女王さまはお居間で
はちみつパンを召しあがる
女中さんがお庭で
服を干していると
かわいいクロウタドリ飛んできて
女中さんの鼻をちょん
