We`ve arrived at Manioba!!!

07月27日 (日)

It`s nine o`clock in the evening on July 26, Friday.
Not night. Of course it`s starting dark at last.
We arrived at the hotel in Winnipeg safely around five yesterday evening.
We had pizza as our supper prepared by coodinator, Linda Gryte, other helpers, my hostfamily Mr.&Ms.Ginter,and their family, soon.
Then the children slept about 11 o`clock after hearing tomorrow`s schedule, I think.
Today they were all fine when they had breadfast.
After beakfast, the hostfamilies came to get a child one
by one from 9:30.
They were getting nervous very much.
"Oh, what can I do? I cann`t speak and understand English!"
Some of them were worried to tears.
So we chaperns gave them big bear hug tightly.
Then they were taken by their hostfamilies after said hello to their hostfriend with smiling and shaking hands.
We`re also moved to tears.
All children, except one, were shared to their hostfamily until noon.
A child is in my hostfamily`s house with me until tomorrow evening because his family cann`t pick him up today.
I could find children`s real feeling for the first time.
It was a greatest discovery.
"Oh, my sons went to hostfamily`s house with feeling anxiouse like them, didn`t they?"
Being chaperon is good expirence for Labo tutors, I think really.
I`ve borrowed this PC from hostfriends.
So I don`t use Japanese and put their pictures on my HP.
But I`ll send news about our homestay in Manitoba.

モンタナはいかがですか？
みんな無事にホストファミリーにあった様子を伺って安心しました。
丁寧な報告ありがとうございます。
子供たちがお世話になっていることでしょう。
ＫもＨＯＭＥ　ＳＴＡＹに入ってまだ戸惑っているのでしょうね。
でも事前活動でがんばったことを発揮していることと期待しています。
シャペロンとしてお仕事が沢山あることでしょうが、体調に気をつけて
楽しんできてくださいね。
次の報告を楽しみにしています。
明日から大山キャンプです。
